A completely new performance-oriented drift platform with newly developed electronics that make the FAZER D2 the new standard for remote-controlled drifting .

The FAZER-Readyset is ready for immediate use. Simply insert a charged battery into the car and insert the batteries into the transmitter. Now the long awaited RWD Drift-Spec FAZER D2 model has arrived! The rear two-wheel drive (RWD) is the standard configuration for current 1/10th scale drift RC cars and glides over the road with strong counter-steering behavior, just like a real drift machine. The FAZER D2 features a RWD chassis with drift specialization, a different weight distribution and suspension than the standard FAZER, and a receiver with built-in gyro unit that automatically controls the counter-steering for optimal body slip. The gyro controls both the steering and the throttle, so even drift novices can drift like a pro. The chassis also includes other modern R/C drift car components, such as wide-span suspension arms and a high-mounted motor for easy handling and adjustment. Even though this FAZER is packaged as a readyset, you can still swap and upgrade parts to tune and set up the D2 like a pure R/C car. To complete the full drift machine experience, this model includes Kyosho's ultra-scale bodywork and a variable wheelbase that allows a variety of body styles to be fitted. Traditionally, 1/10th scale drift cars have been the domain of experienced drivers, but the complete FAZER D2 Readyset package brings the thrill of drift machines within reach.

Kyosho's carefully crafted 'ULTRA SCALE BODY' reproduces the smallest details of the bodywork, including the light wells, bumpers and mirrors, to create a realistic 'action display quality' model. The 'ULTRA SCALE BODY PLUS' goes one step further by eliminating mounting holes drilled into the polycarbonate body.

All-new drift-specific RWD chassis design with pre-installed R/C system and receiver with built-in gyro. Suspension and engine mount are specifically designed for drift performance.

The GT86 is the European version of Toyota's FR sports car "86", which was launched in 2012 and inherited the name of the AE86 that became popular in the 1980s. This model was modified with a carbon hood and rear spoiler, among other things, to improve aerodynamics.

The wheels are faithfully modeled after the RAYS TE37V, a popular choice in various real car categories.

The wide-span front double-wishbone suspension offers a large steering angle with adjustable caster, roll center and other geometries.

The high mounting position of the engine ensures moderate rolling behavior. The user-friendly G22 brush motor is fitted with a gearbox cover as standard to prevent dirt etc. from affecting the driveline.

The motor mount eliminates the need for complicated gear backlash adjustment (engagement). Gear ratio can be changed with the slotted hole to fit Kyosho 48P 16-37T pinion.

The new KS4072-06W servo provides ideal steering characteristics for drifting and works in combination with a newly developed gyro unit that enables optimal counter-steering control.

Equipped with a newly developed KRG-331D receiver with built-in gyro, which is optimized for drifting. The gyro controls both the steering and the accelerator pedal (speed control), and the gain (sensitivity) can be adjusted with a rotary knob.

The ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) is mounted at the rear of the vehicle to optimize weight distribution during drifting. The ESC is mounted in a special shell that can be removed with a single screw for easy maintenance.

The main resin chassis is split into front and rear sections, and the connection points can be changed to adapt the wheelbase to the body to be mounted.

Thanks to the newly designed concealed body mounts, the mounting posts and pins do not protrude outwards, allowing for a more realistic appearance of the exquisite ultra-scale body.
The wheel hubs are adorned with dummy brake calipers and discs, significantly enhancing the scale appearance. The rear drive unit uses a rigid axle without differential to enable smooth drifting.

The front and rear light shells are compatible with the separately available 97054 LED light unit. Installing the LED light unit transforms it into a body full of real car feeling;
