Introduced by GM in 1967 as a versatile workhorse, the Chevrolet C10 pickup became a legend in its second generation (1967-1972). This generation, affectionately referred to as "e;the last real truck "e;, remains popular to this day as it was predominantly made of metal before plastic took over from 1973.
The 1:24 scale SCX24 Chevrolet C10 is one of Axial®'s best-selling micro rock crawlers, combining the classic style of the original with a whole new level of customization. This is not just a model of a specific year, this truck is six years of C10 history in one box.
Included are three interchangeable grilles: the iconic 1967/68 style, the distinctive 1969/70 design and the unmistakable 1971/72 look. You can change them at will to represent your favorite year or create your perfect custom look. The body features a stylish 2-tone finish with applied decals that can be easily removed if you prefer a solid color look. New, authentic drop-center wheels echo the iconic style of the 80s and 90s and are fitted with officially licensed Interco Super Swamper TSL Boggers - tires known for their brutal performance on mud, gravel and even asphalt.
Soft, oil-filled shock absorbers have been added for improved suspension, smoothing out bumps with ease and providing a stable ride over rough terrain. Reliable Spektrum electronics provide precise control. In addition to the fully assembled and painted vehicle, the box contains a remote control, a 350mAh LiPo battery and a practical USB charger. WORM GEAR TRANSMISSION
The front and rear axles are equipped with metal worm gears. These ensure durability, greater ground clearance and a powerful drag brake.


STEEL C-PROFILE CHASSIS FRAME
Just like the SCX10 platform in Scale 1:10, the SCX24 chassis features robust and stable steel C-profile frame rails with bracing to keep everything in place and perfectly aligned.


OIL-FILLED SHOCK ABSORBERS
Oil-filled shock absorbers ensure that the suspension works smoothly even on uneven terrain. With 1 mm, 2 mm and 4 mm spacers, you can adjust the preload and fine-tune your vehicle to your driving needs.


FRONT AND REAR AXLE HOUSINGS
The front and rear axles consist of a two-piece rigid axle design made of composite plastic. For optimum handling, the SCX24 suspension is equipped with a 3-link connection at the front and a 4-link connection at the rear.


ROBUST STEEL DRIVETRAIN
Steel front and rear axles, front wheel axles (stub axles) and bone drive shafts (dogbones) provide the strength and durability needed to withstand tough climbs and rough terrain.


SPLINED DRIVE SHAFTS
The front and rear drive shafts are splined and wrapped to ensure maximum suspension travel while reliably transferring power to the wheels.


DYNAMITE BRUSHED MOTOR
The included Dynamite 88T 080 brushed motor delivers just the right amount of torque to tackle steep climbs. It is mounted on a sturdy steel motor mount that minimizes flexibility and protects the gears.


SPEKTRUM SLT2 2.4GHz REMOTE CONTROL
The Spektrum SLT2 2-channel remote control system offers premium features such as throttle and steering travel adjustment and a throttle travel limiter. The Ready-to-Run package is so comprehensive that even the AA batteries for the remote control are included.


BALL BEARINGS
Just because the SCX24 is small does not mean that its equipment is also small. There are no simple bushings here. The drivetrain runs on sealed ball bearings throughout the vehicle, which ensures smooth operation.


LED LIGHTS INCLUDED
Two bright LED lights are already included and mounted in the front bumper. An additional LED connector on the controller allows optional LED lights to be retrofitted.
