Overview

Fully assembled and ready to drive, the 1/10 ARRMA GORGON™ MT is perfect for young basher newbies or a fun addition to an experienced basher's fleet. It's fun to ride, affordable and easy to upgrade with a LiPo battery and brushless motor when you feel ready for the next level of performance.

The GORGON MT doesn't need any extras to make you the center of attention right from the start. Its eye-catching appearance attracts attention as soon as it is unpacked. The body is available in either red or fluorescent yellow from the factory and features a color-coordinated battery compartment, shock absorber springs, an underride guard and front and rear bumpers that absorb shocks and preserve its appearance.

With the GORGON MT, you can plow over the toughest tracks. Proven ARRMA technology gives the composite chassis incredible durability. The independent suspension, oil-filled shock absorbers and adjustable ride height ensure balance, even on the roughest terrain. For unstoppable traction, the ARRMA GORGON MT monster truck's 2WD transmission transfers the power of the MEGA 550 engine to the massive dBoots® Chevron rubber tires with rugged nylon rims. The powerful gearbox is robust enough to cope with brushless drive.

If you're new to RC, the Spektrum™ SLT2 2-channel radio helps you safely learn the driving functions by limiting top speed to 50% or 75% until you're ready to unleash full power. Drive with confidence in wet conditions - the Spektrum 2-in-1 25A ESC/receiver unit and high-torque Spektrum S660 steering servo are both waterproof (see ARRMA GORGON MT owner's manual for details). Charging the Spektrum Smart 7-cell NiMH battery is a breeze. Simply connect it to the Spektrum S120 USB-C Smart charger. The innovative Smart technology does the rest.

With a little experience, you can upgrade your ARRMA GORGON MT to a next-level RC bashing beast. Use the 2S LiPo-compatible Spektrum electronics to supply the monster with LiPo power. Use a standalone receiver (Spektrum SR215 recommended) to upgrade to brushless with Spektrum Firma™ Smart Brushless ESC/motor combinations. Charge the GORGON MT at will and let this RC monster truck roar.





FANTASTIC MONSTER TRUCK LOOK
When you hit the track with the ARRMA GORGON MT monster truck, all eyes will be on you - and on its "fang" color scheme. The GORGON MT RTR is available in red or fluorescent yellow with color-coordinated shock absorber springs, battery compartment, underride guard and front and rear bumpers. The body can be removed for maintenance in seconds using a quick-release fastener.



STRONG CHASSIS CELL MADE OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL
Even on the toughest slopes, you can't stop plowing. The composite chassis is equipped with ARRMA's famous all-day bashing durability. Unlike those from other manufacturers, the GORGON MT chassis cell doesn't collect dirt, rocks or mud - it stays clean and light during use, which means more power! The independent suspension and oil-filled struts absorb all bumps. Adjust the ride height to increase ground clearance on uneven terrain. Need to change the battery? Thanks to the battery compartment accessible from below, you can do this quickly without having to remove the bodywork.


MONSTER TRUCK WHEELS AND TIRES
The massive dBoots Chevron MT front and rear tires are mounted on sturdy ARRMA nylon rims and feature a deep tread pattern for unstoppable traction in all conditions. The tires are made of high quality rubber for long life.


SUPER STRONG TRANSMISSION
The factory-fitted and installed ARRMA GORGON MT monster truck transmission transfers power from the included MEGA 550 14T brushed motor to the rear wheels via a robust brushless drivetrain. The gearbox is robust enough to accept brushless motors if you want to upgrade.

The included Spektrum Smart 7-cell NiMH battery automatically starts charging safely when connected to the Spektrum S120 USB-C Smart charger. When it's time to upgrade for more bashing power, the charger and Spektrum 2-in-1 25A ESC/receiver unit are already compatible with 2S Smart LiPo batteries.
