Now the V1200 is available again, with larger, more robust and more reliable retractable landing gear, a more striking color scheme and improved workmanship. Plus the proven, powerful brushless motor that lets you decide how fast you want to fly. With 4S batteries, speeds of up to 177 km/h (110+ MPH) are possible. With standard 6S batteries (3200-7000mAh) you can even reach speeds of up to 225 km/h (140+ MPH)! The model is equipped with a 100-amp Spektrum Avian Smart controller. Skill level 3 - experience required
Skill Level 3 airplanes, like this one, are for more experienced pilots who already have the skills to assemble, set up and fly models in this class. This PNP (Plug-N-Play) version requires more experience and skill than the BNF Basic (Bind-N-Fly) version, as you will need to install a receiver that is not already equipped with the tuned AS3X+ and SAFE Select technologies. You should already have experience and the necessary skills to successfully assemble and fly models such as the E-flite ElectroStreak 1.1m, Sportix 1.1m, Conscendo Evolution 1.5m, 1.2m to 1.5m scale warbirds, 64mm and larger EDFs or similar models before attempting the V1200 1.2m PNP version.

The V1200 1.2m is equipped with an exclusive Spektrum Avian Smart ESC that provides a variety of real-time telemetry data about the propulsion system - including battery voltage and much more. This works with both smart and non-smart batteries via compatible receivers (including the AR637TA+ installed in the BNF Basic version) and Spektrum AirWare-enabled radio controls (such as DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/3 and 8 G2, DX9, NX6 through NX20, iX12 through iX20 and more) - all while in flight.

Simple assembly
No glue is needed for assembly, and you can have the V1200 ready to fly in less time than it takes to charge a battery! The tail unit and the one-piece wing are attached with a total of six screws. They can also be easily removed for convenient storage and transportation.

The Plug-N-Play (PNP) version comes with a factory-installed power system and servos that connect directly to a compatible receiver of your choice (sold separately).
