Miniaturization with high light output - the PIN 5mm navigation/position light offers extreme luminosity in the smallest of spaces.
Thanks to the direct connection of the LED chip to an electrically conductive cooling substrate, an enormous light output is achieved with a chip surface of just 3 × 3 mm.
With a beam angle of over 150°, the light is perfect for extremely compact applications on thin tail units, rudders or tight installation spaces.
It is mounted on the rear using a cooling and mounting pin that is only 3 mm thick, making it easy to install even in very delicate areas.
The four light caps supplied offer flexible optical design options.

• Additional resistor for operation with 3S Lipo (12 V)

Installation instructions

The LED unit contains an exposed chip on a ceramic carrier, which is mechanically sensitive.
The chip is also glued, but should be handled with care until it is permanently installed in the model.
For longer continuous operation, installation with air circulation or a heat sink is recommended.
Ensure sufficient heat dissipation and check the temperature after installation.

Warnings

• The LED lights are extremely bright - never look directly into the active LED
• The temperature can reach up to 70 °C during operation
• No warranty in the event of overheating due to improper use or insufficient cooling
