This extreme high-performance Scorpion drive set of the latest HK5 generation was specially developed for uncompromising 700 high-performance helicopters and industrial heavy-lift UAV applications. The perfectly matched components offer maximum efficiency, enormous torque reserves and maximum operational reliability even under extreme loads.


Motor
With the fifth generation of the renowned and award-winning HK series, Scorpion is setting new standards in terms of performance, efficiency and motor cooling. A completely newly developed internal fan design in combination with the proven external radial fan ensures almost double the air flow through the engine. The result is significantly lower operating temperatures and considerably increased continuous load capacity.

The HK5-5024-535KV was specially developed for high-performance helicopters in the 700 class. Thanks to the larger stator diameter, the motor delivers significantly more torque and power at a comparable weight compared to previous HK generations.

The Scorpion Tribunus III 14-220A speed controller represents the latest high-voltage ESC technology for extreme performance requirements. Manufactured from high-quality Western components and produced in Taiwan, this speed controller offers maximum reliability, intelligent motor control and enormous power reserves.

With a voltage range of up to 61 volts, the ESC is ideal for powerful 12S helicopter setups and industrial UAV systems. A powerful adjustable high-voltage BEC and additional voltage stabilization ensure maximum operational reliability even with extreme load changes.
