Description
The AGF-RC SA18 Servo 2S Smart Servo is a low-profile brushless servo with an all-aluminum housing. The servo is HV capable and can be operated directly on a 2s LiPo (4.8 - 8.4V) and is waterproof according to IP67. Instead of a potentiometer, a wear-free magnetic encoder is installed.

The special feature of the servo is the so-called Smart Servo function. The servo software can be changed using the AGF-SP interface. By default, it behaves like a conventional servo with 180° servo travel. If the "winch" software is installed, the servo no longer has an end point and can be used as a winch in an RC car, boat or as retractable landing gear.

With an actuating force of 18 kg, this power proftz can show what it can do in various tasks.
Whether in wing models, rc cars or on the swashplate in 580 to 700cc helicopters - the A18 delivers top performance at a good price and can be customized like no other servo on the market.

The SA18 is also programmable with the optional USB Inteface AGF-SP.

This requires a Windows computer with Windows 7 or 10. The servos are supplied directly via the USB port and only need to be plugged into the interface. For example, the soft start, neutral point or direction of rotation can be set in the software. Furthermore, the Sanwa SSR mode can be activated if required, which is of particular interest to RC car drivers. The integrated overload cut-off can also be adjusted in 3 stages and you can select what should happen in the event of signal loss.

Of course, these are optional features, all servos can be operated as normal straight out of the box and do not need to be set up beforehand!
