A key feature of the MINI-Z 4x4 series is the increased emphasis on body detail and the quality of finish, which surpasses even the previous standards of the MINI-Z. The body is also molded with thicker material to better resist crash damage from operation in rough terrain. The MINI-Z 4x4 features the same ladder frame as true four-wheel drive vehicles and is equipped with a 3-link rigid-axle suspension, combining the normally two upper control arms into a single upper wishbone to allow for maximum suspension movement.A specially designed high-torque steering servo allows this machine to throw its elbows into the tough terrain for outstanding performance in the toughest rock crawler conditions.The torquey 130cc engine brings out the beast in the MINI-Z 4x4. It is specifically tuned for the low to medium speed ranges common in rock crawling.
