Li-Polar XT90-S Antiblitz Buchse
XT90S connectors are made of gold-plated brass. The gold plating improves conductivity and corrosion resistance, while also reducing the wear caused by repeatedly plugging and unplugging the connector and socket, which extends the service life. The patented anti-spark technology, which features a resistor integrated into the socket, prevents the lightning-fast electrical discharge that occurs when connecting LiPo batteries with particularly high voltages and additionally protects the material from wear caused by electrical erosion. At just 0.56 mOhm, the electrical resistance of the connector is very low, enabling a short-term current-carrying capacity of up to 90 A. To achieve this performance potential, the use of high-quality silicone cables with copper strands of 10 AWG or 6 mm² wire diameter is recommended. The housing and sockets of the XT90S system are made of impact-resistant nylon, which remains temperature-resistant during soldering and does not deform immediately.
